The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, also known as RodeoHouston or HLSR, is an annual rodeo and livestock exhibition event that takes place in Houston, Texas. The event features traditional rodeo events such as bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, team roping, and more. The rodeo typically takes place in late February or early March and runs for about three weeks. It is one of the largest rodeos in the world and the largest livestock show in the world.
